Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia Conquers Fear of Heights in 'Khatron Ke Khiladi'

One of the versatile actresses of the Indian television Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia recently participated in the Indian reality show ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi. ’ Though she was suffering from a phobia of heights since her childhood, she successfully overcame her fear and performed many stunts at heights.

Nimrit Conquers Heights in Grueling First-Week Stunt

The first week of the show saw Nimrit face one of the most grueling stunts where she had to face her phobia of heights. By preparing her mind and willing herself to go through with it she not only did the task but also started the process of eradicating a lifelong phobia.

Looking back at her experience, Nimrit said, “Doing ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi’ has been a life-changing experience for me. I never thought that I would be able to overcome my fear of heights but the show helped me to do that.
